Diane Edlund Lee & Dude Angius

Barbara Angius, Char Schill, Dude Angius
The
Los Altos Story
In 1989,
Dushan and Barbara Angius spearheaded a Rotary AIDS
Project as they struggled with the death of their son, Steven Angius
(1957-1989) and a Rotary friend, Walter Singer (1923-1992). At a
time in our history when fear prevented compassion for AIDS patients,
Mr. Angius and the others who worked on this Rotary project broke
ground in addressing the subject in a way that allowed understanding by
those in Rotary and in the Los Altos Community. The DVD and
booklet "The
Los Altos Story" have been translated into many languages and is
still being distributed today throughout the world.
